SURFACE TENSION: Short Film

Phoebe is a middle-aged woman, trying to find meaning in the second half of life. When she sees an ad in the newspaper for adult swim lessons, she finally decides to overcome her fear of water, and with it, the pain of the past.

Surface Tension premiered at the 2019 Atlantic International Film Festival and won the Hope Award at the Festival du Nouveau Cinéma in Montreal.

BeechWood Productions provided post-production facilities, took care of the online edit, colour grading and all deliverables.
